The following questions were developed by FAC educators Julia Girmenia and Noorin Fazal for a high school audience. They arose out the Women's Kit Remix Youth Retreat held in the summer of 2017, and are meant as a suggestion for curious viewers of this digital archive to begin to sort through the kit. Check back often as we continue to develop this section.

2. Conduct research on Toronto in the 70’s. Explore the Kit. Reflect on how the Kit represents a glimpse into a particular time and place in history.
A. Who lived here?
B. Which communities were immigrating to Canada around this time?
C. What might it have been like to move to Toronto at this time?
D. Which communities’ stories are included in the Kit?
E. Which stories are missing?
F. Why do you think these stories are missing?
G. What languages do you see in the Kit materials?
H. Are any communities misrepresented?
3. Gain inspiration from the Kit and Imagine Creating Your Own
A. What themes/topics do you find in the Kit? Do these themes apply to the present context of Toronto?
B. Do you notice any of these themes emerging in your own life?
C. If you created a Women’s Kit for today, what themes/topics would you want to include and why?
D. If you were to create a kit today, what would you include in the kit and with whom (individuals, communities, organizations) would you collaborate?
